   Strictly comply with International Standard BASC V6-2022 and Standard 6.0.1 applicable to companies with direct cargo relations (Distributors/Exporters). Adhere to all customs, commercial, and criminal regulations of Ecuador (SENAE, COIP) and international conventions relevant to secure trade (SAFE Framework, WCO).

2. Rigorous Management of Business Associates and Risks

   Focus on Suppliers (Producers): Establish and implement a mandatory documented process for evaluation, selection, and continuous monitoring, ensuring compliance with minimum BASC security standards and legality in their internal processes. Prevention of Illicit Activities: Identify, analyze, and address risks associated with drug trafficking, smuggling, money laundering, corruption, bribery, and fraud, focusing mainly on storage, document handling, and international transport stages.

   Foster a culture of security and ethics, based on Gala Export's Code of Ethics, promoting zero tolerance for corruption and bribery. Implement a mandatory training plan on BASC SGCS, risk prevention, and information security for all personnel. Establish mechanisms for confidential reporting of any suspicious activity or security event.

   Allocate necessary resources to continuously maintain and improve BASC SGCS effectiveness. Establish measurable security objectives and conduct annual reviews by Senior Management to ensure strategic system alignment.
